How to use:
1. Apply Base Coat and cure for 30 seconds in an LED lamp.
2. Apply the material for strength and cure.
3. Using a brush, apply Sparkle Painting Gel to the nail and create the desired design. Cure for 120 seconds in an LED lamp.
4. Apply Top Coat and cure for 60 seconds.
