The consumer has the right to return a product, without having to justify the return and without incurring any costs other than those provided for in art.13 paragraph (3) and art.14 of the O.U.G No.34/2014, within 14 calendar days from the day on which he/she takes physical possession of the product. The return costs are borne by the consumer.

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered. We do not accept for return products that are unsealed, showing physical alterations, dents, chips, scratches, shocks, traces of use and / or unauthorized interventions, etc.., also we do not accept the return of an incomplete product if it consists of several components (eg: electrical appliances without power cord)

Reimbursement of the amount paid:

The seller will refund the value of the product within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of informing SC Biton Beauty SRL by the Consumer.
SC Biton Beauty SRL may postpone the reimbursement of the value of the product until receipt of the product sold or until receipt of proof that it has been shipped, if SC Biton Beauty SRL has not offered to recover the product itself (the latest date will be taken).
