How to apply:

3. Apply the rubber base in a brushed layer for a good adhesion and then dry for 60 sec. in the led-uv lamp.

4.Do the construction or strengthen the nail with Smart Gel and lamp dry for 60 sec

5.Apply nail polish or top coat.
