The consumer has the right to return a product without having to justify the return and without incurring any costs other than those provided for in art. 13 para. (3) and art. 14 of Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, within 14 calendar days starting from the day they physically take possession of the product. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered. Unsealed products that show physical alterations, dents, chips, scratches, shocks, signs of use and/or unauthorized interventions, etc., are not accepted for return. Likewise, the return of an incomplete product, if it consists of multiple components (e.g., electrical appliances without the power cord), is not accepted.
Refund of the paid amount:
The Seller will refund the value of the product within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of notification by the Consumer to SC Biton Beauty SRL.
SC Biton Beauty SRL may postpone the refund of the product's value until the sold product is received or until proof is received that it has been shipped, in cases where SC Biton Beauty SRL has not offered to collect the product itself (the later date will be taken).
